Ryan Revere has been named Chairman of the Business Law Section of the Mississippi Bar for 2019-2020.  Revere has previously served as Vice-Chair and Secretary of the Business Law Section in years past.  The Business Law Section is made up of attorneys practicing in the areas of corporate and commercial law and provides scholarships to law students while putting on seminars for its members.  Revere's practice focuses mainly on providing guidance, advice and developing legal solutions for a number of different businesses including the performance of both litigation and transactional work.  On his position as Chair Revere says, “I am honored to serve as the Chairman of such an esteemed group of professionals in Mississippi and look forward to helping the Business Law Section grow and benefit not just its members, but all the businesses and individuals they represent.”  In addition to his other areas of practice, Revere enjoys serving as general counsel for various businesses and corporate and governmental clients.  Contract Ryan Revere or one of the other Smith Phillips attorneys today to help your business grow and succeed.
