Colmon Mitchell oversees the firm’s corporate, business and public entities practice. Paul R. Scott

Paul R. Scott heads up the firm’s DeSoto County office in Hernando, Mississippi. DeSoto County, located in suburban Memphis, Tennessee, was the fastest growing county in the State according to the 2000 Census with a growth rate of 57.9% since 1990, and is the State’s fifth largest county overall. A former President of the Mississippi Trial Lawyers Association, Scott’s primary practice area is in the representation of landowner’s in eminent domain cases. In addition, Scott works in the firm’s personal injury, insurance and consumer litigation practice.

Rebecca S. Thompson

Rebecca S. Thompson handles real estate and commercial transactions in the fast growing Desoto County and North Mississippi region. Richard T. Phillips

Richard T. Phillips is nationally recognized in the field of plaintiffs’ insurance litigation. He has served as lead counsel in vanishing premium and deceptive sales practices life insurance litigation in individual and class actions from California to Massachusetts. Phillips is a former President of the Mississippi Trial Lawyers Association and former President of the William C. Keady Chapter of the American Inns of Court.
